Romantic Date Night Restaurants

Life gets busy, but its essential to make time for your relationship - so to save you time on research, our members have recommended some very successful date night venues with great food and drinks with perfect lighting (dark enough to not see your partner - oh how we jest!......)

1. Monti

THIS is a special occasion restaurant! It is a floating restaurant with absolutely amazing sweeping views of the Singapore Flyer and the whole of the MBS with all the twinkling lights and moods. Its such a special setting that you cannot help but get wrapped up in the theatre of it all - simply beautiful. The food is equally as impressive - super romantic experience. If you like sharing plates and freshly made pasta from scratch, this is the venue for you. We were told to try the Risotto as it is made table side for extra drama and it was earthy, fluffy yet filling. You simply will not regret booking this for a special date night. Price is on point as well. Enjoy!

 82 Collyer Quay, Singapore 049327

 Opening hrs Mon - Fri 11am-430pm , 6pm - 12am

 2. Level 33

This is the World's Highest Urban Craft Brewery Experiences - an unparelled dining experiences with Epic Views also. This restaurant makes extensive efforts to source ethically and preserve flavours whilst limiting any carbon footprint whilst preserving authenticity in flavour - and well they succeed! The Beef Tartare is famous, the views are epic, the beer is incredible and its a 100% success date night from us!

3. Flutes

Despite hankering after its old venue, the gorgeous black and white colonial bungalow, the new location is equally as lovely with focus on fresh seasonal ingredients, creatively cooked by Award winning Chefs. Great food and wine is granted but the service is impeccable. Set amidst the National Museum, it is a lovely meander through to get to the restaurant, your make up won't run off your face and the aircon is divine. This is always a guaranteed good date night with the only surprises being what the chefs can add in to compliment the menu!

4. DUSK Restaurant & Bar

If you hanker over views and air, lets be honest, sometimes you just need to see a panorama with some breathing space in this very hot and humid climate. The head over to one of the Best Hilltop Sunset Views in Singapore. At 100 metres above sea level surrounded by lush rainforest, Dusk is the perfect vantage point for panoramic views of all of HarbourFront & Sentosa Island. The Mediaterrean cuisine is a rather lesser price point and certainly more casual than the above offerings. Its equally as fun for a casual get together with a few mates. We are a big Fan of this little casual cute spot.

5. The English House

Welcomed by the famous Doormen, step into the most tropical plant heavy entrance in Singapore before being ushered to your seats which are cutely Kopitiam style tables and chairs. The colours are muted but wall space busy, occupied by Famous English Photographer Terry O’Neill’s work. To be honest, we went to see this mostly and check out the most extravagant fish and chips on the island with mushy peas ( of course). We were not left disappointed by the dish but a tad guilty at the price of it, but hey, once a year right? Errrr.. We drank our weight in Gin at the Gin Bar to forgot about the price tag! Cute but pricey date night!
